MINTHA CARE COMPANY LIMITED is a company legally registered in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar (Registration Number 100356643) (hereafter referred to as the “Company”). The Company is specialised in the business of cosmetics, advertising and market research. Your privacy is important to us and the Company is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the current legislation including but not limited to the provisions set forth in the Myanmar Law Protecting the Privacy and Security of Citizens dated on 8 March 2017 and the Myanmar Electronic Transactions Law dated on 30 April 2004.

The rules outlined in this policy (hereafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines how the Company collects, uses, discloses and stores your personal information and defines your access to such information. If you choose not to provide information as requested, it may not be practicable for us to service your needs. For example, it will not be possible for us to process an online payment if you want to remain anonymous or use a pseudonym.

You consent to disclose any professional information in order to apply for our job positions. The Company recommends you to not disclose any confidential/sensitive information in your CV or profile. The Company shall not be held liable for any data leakage. The disclosing of your information shall allow the Company to:

b. know your backgrounds, skills, qualifications;

c. fulfil the terms of any contractual relationship; and

If you are a contractor, the Company may disclose your information to payment system operators and debt-recovery functions.

8. Using your personal information for direct marketing

 

From time to time, and in support of our future development and growth, the Company or our business partners may use your personal information to contact you to promote and market our products and services.

 

You can opt-out from being contacted for direct marketing purposes by contacting us at supervisor@minthacare.com or by using the unsubscribe facility included in each direct marketing communication the Company sends. Once the Company has a request to opt-out from receiving marketing information, the Company will stop sending such information within a reasonable amount of time.

The Company takes all reasonable steps to protect personal information under our control from misuse, interference and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

 

The Company holds your personal information electronically in secure databases operated by our third-party service providers.

The Company try to ensure any personal information the Company hold about you is accurate, up-to-date, complete and relevant. If you believe the personal information the Company hold about you should be updated, please contact us using the details below and the Company will take reasonable steps to ensure it is corrected if appropriate.

 

 

11. Destroying or de-identifying personal information

 

The Company destroys or de-identifies personal information when the Company no longer needs it unless the Company is otherwise required or authorised by law to retain the information.

If you believe your privacy has been breached or you have a complaint about our handling of your personal information, please contact us using the details below.

The Company takes privacy complaints seriously. If you make a complaint, the Company will respond within TO DEFINE days to acknowledge your complaint and strive to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
